At Cub Covers & Wolf Woolies it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. All of our items are fully guaranteed. Even custom orders are guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, simply let us know and you can exchange or return your unused item. If you ordered a custom and you are not happy with the fit, we will make you a new item upon the receipt of your return.

All our diapers are guaranteed for the life of the diaper, simple as that. If you ever have problems with the elastic, fabric, snaps, you name it, let us know and we will repair it or exchange it for you. Please make sure to purchase insurance when returning any items. Cub Covers & Wolf Woolies cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail unless insurance was purchased.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for any custom order. We strive to get your order out in a timely manner because we know how exciting it is to receive fluffy mail! It usually does not take 2 weeks for you to receive your picture of your custom, but just to be safe please expect that it can take that long. You do not have to pay for your custom (other then the $5 deposit) until your picture is sent. Once that is done and payment is sent, your items will be shipped to you within one to two working days.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your item with your baby every day! If you are not, we will do all that we can to rectify the situation.
